About Evos Ghent: Evos Ghent is a tank terminal for fuels and chemicals that operates via pipeline, trains, trucks and ships. The terminal is in full energy transition to become the Green Hub of North Sea Port. Approximately 85 employees are working at Evos Ghent.
About the role:
As a Terminal Continuous Improvement Manager (TCIM), you play a key role in improving and standardizing operational processes both at terminal level and across the wider group. You work closely with Operations, Maintenance, HSSEQ, and Customer Service to identify, implement, and sustain improvement initiatives. You report directly to the Terminal Managing Director.
Your responsibilities:
Identify and implement improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and operational performance
Coordinate projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence
Support risk assessments, safety processes, and operational integrity initiatives
Facilitate collaboration between different departments
Monitor and report on improvement projects and KPIs
Contribute to knowledge sharing, standardization, and best practices across the group
Promote a strong continuous improvement culture within the organization
About you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent through experience
Experience in operations, logistics, or an industrial environment
Experience with project management and process improvement
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Good command of English
You have an excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
