About Evos Malta: Evos Malta is strategically located in the central Mediterranean for bunkering and East and West trading routes. We are a fully flexible blending terminal with a full segregated infrastructure facilitating high throughput and intra-terminal trading. We work with around 75 employees in our Malta terminal.

About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintains pumps and pipeline and valves system in accordance to the Maintenance Plan

• Checks on reported faults and requested work and performs necessary remedies

• Checks and maintain all the trucks, vehicles, compressors, generators and mobile equipment, according to the instructions of his Manager

• Stock controls of spare parts and tools to the necessary levels, and informs his management

• Assist in new installations as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

• Assist other technicians in same or different fields.

• Operate lifting equipment or other equipment as necessary.

• Assist other departments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

About you: We expect that the ideal candidate should match:

• OTD (Ordinary Technical Diploma) or HTD (Higher Technical Diploma) or / and work experience. Preferably MQF level 5 or equivalent.

• Good English writing and speaking skills

• Have hands-on work experience in repairs and servicing of mechanical plant and equipment.

• Have working knowledge and awareness of health and safety systems.

• Be eager to learn and receive training on new or existing equipment.

• Receive training and adhere to current terminal procedures.

• Capable of working in a team and under pressure.
