About Evos Malta: Evos Malta is strategically located in the central Mediterranean for bunkering and East and West trading routes. We are a fully flexible blending terminal with a full segregated infrastructure facilitating high throughput and intra-terminal trading. We work with around 75 employees in our Malta terminal.
About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and coordination of logisitcs for operations on the terminal by providing all available services to our clients while attending to the day-to-day requested services. Main tasks of the position include the following amongst others:
Provides the client with the necessary support according to the contract conditions and the availability of the facility.
Co-ordinates with the Operations Department orders that should be performed.
Conduct due diligence of vessels and products in accordance to legal obligations.
Prepares operational documents, orders, customs forms, reports, invoices, etc., necessary for the services provided.
Works 'weekly duties' as per established roster
About you: To qualify for this role we expect that you match the following requirements:
Have a minimum 5 years' experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas Industry
Have an advanced level of Education
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have good time-management and organisational skills
