About the IT Team: The IT team at EVOS is dedicated to ensuring seamless, secure and efficient operations at all terminals by consistently driving optimization, digitalization, secure and stable IT services.

The IT team consists of teams split across IT Security, Business Applications, End User Services, IT infrastructure and Operational Technology and consist of experienced colleagues together with our strategic service partners, who are together responsible for managing the relations with our suppliers and driving procurement excellence in our terminals as well as contributing to Evos Group. The IT team reports to the Head of IT, who is based in the Netherlands.

About the role: The IT-Coordinator End User Services is responsible for our Amsterdam Headquarters and our terminals in Amsterdam East and West managing and coordinating our IT End User Services and Support team plus relevant IT suppliers and contractors. The position holder is involved in developing IT budgets, plans and realizing optimal support for business processes with IT solutions and services.

We are seeking for a resilient person with excellent intrapersonal and communication skills. Besides team management, stakeholder management is an essential task to master. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment and maintain focus and direction amidst shifting priorities. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing the local ICT support team and stakeholders for Amsterdam sites;

• Translating the Evos Group's long-term objectives and business goals into actionable local ICT items and project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder input;

• Follow-up and delivery of ICT objectives and project plans that align seamlessly with terminal and Evos Group ambitions;

• Serving as a liaison and technical advisor for IT/OT-related projects and initiatives;

• Overseeing ICT projects and departmental activities, tracking the implementation of terminal related IT-plans and budgets, and addressing potential deviations proactively. This includes reporting on progress, incidents, and implemented measures;

• Implementing policies to ensure the protection and integrity of ICT systems, infrastructure, and data, adhering to organizational guidelines;

• Participating in relevant Group IT meetings and Steering Committees, contributing to assignments and decisions on signi􀂶cant investment projects;

• Ensuring efficient maintenance, operation, and integration of the local IT environment and applications while promoting their effective usage underpinned with positive and user adoption;

• Monitoring IT support performance, implementing adjustments, managing IT changes associated with Group IT decisions, managing vendors, and evaluating the performance of relevant IT suppliers;

• Translating approved plans into clear objectives, actionable approaches, and detailed budgets.

About you: To qualify for this role we expect that you match the following requirements:

• Possession of an IT-related education at HBO level;

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch (mother tongue preferred) and English, both verbally and in writing;

• Proven Team and Stakeholder management skills with resilience and diplomacy;

• Demonstrated a proactive attitude in problem-solving and openness to new technologies;

• Experience with operation and coordination within a matrix organization;

• Familiarity with IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems;

• Affinity with and understanding of operational processes, products, changes, and equipment;

• Proven experience in project and process optimization management;

• Knowledge of networks, servers, computer technology, and OT;

• Solid knowledge around GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and associate relevant laws and regulations;

• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong ability to execute tasks effectively.
