About the IT & OT Team: The Evos IT/OT team is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT and OT operations across all terminals. The department consists of several specialized teams covering IT Security, Business Applications, End User Services, IT Infrastructure, and Operational Technology. These teams work closely together with experienced colleagues and service partners. Cybersecurity is an integral part of daily operations as well as long‑term improvement initiatives.

About the role: As a Cybersecurity Operations & ISMS Lead, you support the Group Manager Cyber Security and play a key role in daily cybersecurity operations and in maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS). You work closely with international terminals/sites, IT/OT teams, and vendors to ensure that security controls are implemented, executed, and sustainably embedded. This role is based at our office in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a hands-on cybersecurity Operations and ISMS Lead to support the Group Manager Cyber Security in daily security operations and to lead security projects. A core part of this role is to drive and maintain the ISMS jointly with our terminals/sites, ensuring consistent implementation of controls, continuous audit readiness, and measurable risk reduction across locations. This is not a purely advisory role. You will execute, coordinate, document, and push actions to closure.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily security operations (alerts, vulnerabilities, risks)

• Coordinate remediation with IT/OT teams and vendors

• Lead practical security improvements and initiatives

• Support audits and compliance activities (e.g. ISO 27001)

• Co‑own and actively maintain the ISMS across locations

About you 

Experience & knowledge:

• 4–7 years in cybersecurity or information security

• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability management and remediation

• Familiar with monitoring and SOC/SIEM collaboration

• Solid understanding of IAM (MFA, least privilege, roles)

• Experience with security policies, standards, and audit evidence

• Fluent command of the English language is required

Experience with ISO 27001, ISMS environments, and/or OT or industrial contexts is a plus.
